Sabudana, also known as Tapioca sago, is a favourite fasting food and also considered as evening snack option in Indian households. Some common dishes made from sabudna are sabudana khichdi, sabudana pakoda and sabudana kheer. It is a starchy that is a staple for gluten free baking.
